I decided to try the Wells Ave training series
as a change of pace on Sunday.
It was a good workout. Fun going from the
front of the pack to the back in about 3 seconds if you don't
watch out. I got bored a couple of times sitting in and tried
a break but of course no one followed either time and I decided
it was too much work to try it alone. The final lap bunch
formed and somehow in the chaos I ended up third. It was good
interval training at a minimum. Riding with Cat 5s you quickly
realize who you can follow and who you shouldn't if you want
to stay alive.
Give it a try if you have a free early morning
on Sunday. Short, sweet and painful.
